Pinxel-SHV11 RF Microneedling System – How it works

The Pinxel-SHV11 uses advanced Micro-Needle RF (radiofrequency) technology, where ultra-fine gold-plated needles (0.2 mm in diameter) penetrate the skin at an adjustable depth from 0.4 mm to 4 mm (0.2 mm steps) and simultaneously deliver RF energy directly into the dermis.

A built-in vacuum system gently lifts the tissue, improving skin contact and enhancing energy delivery. After needle retraction, it helps topical serums penetrate up to 67% deeper into the skin, significantly increasing treatment effectiveness.

Mono / Bipolar Technology

Bipolar mode (face): energy is delivered precisely between positive and negative needles, minimizing impact on surrounding tissue
